Our polishes are hand mixed in varying batch sizes, and then bottled and labeled for sale. The nature of handmade polishes, like all handmade products, is that following the exact same recipe may yield slightly different end results due to batch differences in pigments and colorants.
Our swatchers do their very best to show our lacquers accurately. But please remember that there are differences in cameras, lighting, monitors and skin tones that can make polishes look drastically different from one person to the next.
Ingredients
Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Adipic Acid/Neopentyl Glycol/Trimellitic Anhydride Copolymer, Acetyl Tributyl Citrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Acrylates Copolymer, Stearalkonium Bentonite, N-Butyl Alcohol, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Benzophenone-1, Silica, Alumina, Trimethylpentanediyl Dibenzoate. May contain: Micas, glitter, aluminum powder, magnesium chloride, D&C Red 6, Red 7, Red 21, Red 22, Red 23, Red 28, Red 34, Orange 5, Yellow 7, Yellow 10, Yellow 11, Violet 2, Blue 1, cosmetic white N/S paste, iron oxides, ferric ferrocyanide, titanium dioxide, ultramarine blue, manganese purple, acrylates copolymer, calcium aluminum borosilicate, calcium sodium borosilicate.
Magnetic Instructions
Magnetic instructions: Start by applying one coat of magnetic polish to all your nails and allow to dry. For each nail, add a second, thicker coat of polish - thin coats won't dry too fast and won't magnetize properly. Right away, hold the magnet about ¼ inch from your nail for 15–30 seconds. The closer and longer you hold it, the stronger the design will look.
If you want an even bolder effect, add a third coat and hold the magnet in the same spot again. Repeat this for each nail. Finish with a quick-dry topcoat, then hold the magnet over the nail for another 15–30 seconds. As the polish dries, the design may spread out a little - magnetizing the polish for longer can help keep the pattern more crisp.
