Refund policy

We cannot accept returns of beauty items, but our goal at Dreamland is to offer stellar customer service and to make sure that you're happy with your order. If you have a problem with anything you've purchased from Dreamland, please contact us so we can help to make you happy. Please note that our polishes are guaranteed to be free from defects such as curling glitter, bleeding glitter, and fading for six months from the date of purchase.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Packages

Even though we package our items carefully and securely for shipment, occasionally one of them doesn’t make the trip safely, or sometimes the wrong item ends up in your package. If you receive the incorrect item, or an item breaks in transit, please contact us within 7 days with a photo of the broken or incorrect item so we can send you a replacement right away!

Lost packages will be replaced. For US shipments, we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting us for a replacement. For international shipments, we are currently only considering packages lost after a period of 30 days after the last scan. 

International Customers: Dreamland Lacquer is not responsible for customs charges or for packages destroyed by customs. Importing nail polish is not legal in many countries and if your package gets opened, they will destroy what's inside. It is your responsibility to know and understand the laws of your country before placing an order. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
