Very bright, almost-neon turquoise blue filled with blue to violet shifting shimmer.
Opaque in 2-3 coats. Dries smooth. Dries to a satin finish due to the pigments used. High quality base and top coat always recommended for maximum shine and wear. No staining reported.
Note: Neons really freak cameras out, especially blues and purples, hence why all these swatches are slightly different. The true color is probably somewhere between all three, depending on your skin tone and lighting.
